Ways
to Place an Order
Email –
Orders can be placed by sending us an email to Info@PurdyStitches.com. Please include
your name and phone
number. We will
email or call to
verify your order before beginning production.
Phone
– You may place your order by phone 864-261-9555
Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
If you get our voicemail, do leave a message. We will return your call
as soon as possible the next
business day. We
can also take
orders by fax. Just
send it to
864-261-955 and press your send key when we answer the phone.
Turnaround
Time
We know that you are anxious to
receive your Purdy
Stitches.com order. We make every effort to have
your order completed
and sent to you ASAP. Do
allow a minimum
of 7 business days upon
approval of your order. Always
allow additional time for
shipping. Production
time is
different during holidays and special events (such as graduation and
Christmas)
so be sure to allow more time then. We will give you a projected completion date when your order is verified.
Let us know if you have special needs and we
will do our best to
accommodate you.
Method
of Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa,
and
local personal checks. You
may
give us your credit card information
over the phone by
calling us at 864-261-9555 or by email during our normal business hours
Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
We are sorry but we do not accept COD orders.
Shipping
Charges
We will ship
either by mail or UPS,
whichever is the most economical.
The shipping and a small handling fee (minimum
$1.50) will be added to
your order.
Sales
Tax
South Carolina
state residents must
add 6% sales tax on items purchased from our store.
Returns
Custom embroidered items are non-returnable,
unless it was an error on
the part of the shop or the
product is
defective. We are
committed to
courteous service and customer satisfaction.
Any errors must be reported within 5 days of
receipt of the
merchandise. Please
carefully
review your order for correct spelling before submitting and upon
receipt of
your goods.
Out
of Stock Items
If any items
are not in stock, we
will contact you immediately. You
may choose to wait for the out of stock items, substitute another
product, or
cancel your order.
Order
Cancellation and Changes
To cancel or
change an order, call
864-261-9555. We
will make every
effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we
can
cancel or change the order once it has gone into production or has been
custom
ordered.
